Ordering:
Found something special and want to have it saved for you?
We will gladly reserve your item via a phone order. You have the choice of having it shipped out or to pick it up at the boutique.
All orders must be paid in full in advance of shipment or reservation. In the event that the item is not to your liking our exchange policy applies.
Shipping:
All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Mail (3 - 6 business days) tracking number provided and insurance for the full retail price of the product up to $500. A flat shipping rate of $8.00 is applied to all orders shipped within Canada that may be mailed in a small shipping envelope. Additional charges apply for larger shipments.
Shipments to the United States that may be mailed in a small shipping envelope are sent standard mail (5-10 business days ) with a flat rate charge of $8.00
Payment:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express via a phone order with confirmation via your 3-digit number. Paypal may be used to order Coral Moon Designs via online sales at www.coralmoon.ca HST taxes of 12% on all products and shipping are added to all orders
Returns:
Due to the nature of our unique products we are unable to offer refunds, only exchange for sizing purposes or for a store credit within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges require authorization by a store manager.
There are no exchanges or refunds for store credit on jewellery, beauty products, items indicated as "one of a kind", sale items, handbags or lingerie.
Exchange rules for Gift Giving:
If you are purchasing your product in the boutique for someone other than yourself, please indicate this and we will provide a gift exchange code allowing the recipient to exchange the item within 10 days of your purchase or up to 5 days after Christmas.
*** Shipping on Exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser and subject to an additional shipping charge on replacement items. If any item is worn, soiled, damaged or laundered, we can not take it back. ***
