Shipping: All
Canadian orders are shipped by
Canada Post Expedited Mail.
A flat shipping rate of $8.00 is applied to all orders shipped
within Canada that may be mailed in a small shipping envelope.
Additional charges apply for larger shipments.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Due to
the nature of our unique products and one of a kind selections your
order will be confirmed along with the request for your expiry date
within 24 hrs of placing your order. Please
call 604-264-8664 during store hours for confirmation.
For International orders including the USA
please disregard the automatic Canadian Shipping totals on your
confirmation page, as the shipping options and costs will be discussed
at the time of our confirmation via email.
Taxes on all products are calculated at 12% HST .
Returns:
Due to the nature of our unique products we are unable to offer
refunds, only exchange for sizing purposes or for a store credit
if the size requested is no longer available.
Exchanges are only permitted on select clothing items and only for the purpose of
re-sizing. A return confirmation number is required and only
granted within 10 days of
the original shipping date and with approval of the Velvet Room
Boutique Ltd. The Velvet Room Boutique is not responsible
for lost or damaged goods on the return shipping. If you require a different size please contact us
immediately at 604.264-8664 to obtain a return confirmation and
secure the appropriate size or store credit.
There are no exchanges
or refund for store credits on jewellery, accessories, beauty
products, gift items items indicated as "one of a kind", sale
items, handbags, lingerie or items offered as one size only.
Shipping on
Exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser and subject to
a an additional shipping charge on replacement items. If any
item is worn, soiled, damaged or laundered, we can not take it
back.
