These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made through the website and are intended exclusively for private individual customers. Sales to professionals are excluded.
The T&C are written in English and are accessible at all times on the website. The seller reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

The Velvet Room Boutique offers products for sale through its online store.
Each product page includes a description, characteristics, and images. Although images are as accurate as possible, they are non-contractual.
Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and may choose between a refund or an exchange.

Shipping is free for all deliveries within Switzerland.

Gift wrapping services are not available.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must:

- Return the products at their own expense, unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Any damaged or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.
