Return & Refund Policy

At Velvet Room Boutique, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear and bodysuits)
  • Swimwear without original hygiene seals
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked at the time of purchase

Return Address

Returns are processed through our designated returns facility to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
The correct return address and instructions will be provided after your request is submitted.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may result in delays or issues with your refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Inspection & Processing

All returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days after being received at our returns facility.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified to meet the eligibility requirements:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after inspection
  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item. Contact us for assistance with this process.
