At The Velvet Room Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is here to ensure a smooth process.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation for the return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Free Return Shipping: If the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received the returned item and inspected its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days after we have received and approved the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
