Shipping policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated delivery times are based on real data collected from previous orders. These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.


Processing and Shipping

Order processing begins from the date the order is placed. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. This processing period includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

Once the order has been processed, shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination within Switzerland.


Order Cut-Off Time

2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) – Zurich Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are calculated based on whether the order was placed before or after the cut-off time.


Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.


Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within Switzerland.


Important Notes

  • Delivery times may be affected during public holidays when carriers operate on a limited schedule. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after holidays.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a delivery is refused and the parcel is returned to us, 50% of the order amount will be refunded once the return has been received.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become active on the carrier’s website. If tracking details are not immediately available, please check again later. The estimated delivery time remains valid regardless of tracking updates.


Taxes and Customs Duties

Orders delivered within Switzerland do not incur any customs duties, import taxes, or additional VAT charges.
